All Aboard! Literally!

Nathan & I went to Green Bay with Chad for a work trip. It was great to get away for a few days. On Wednesday Nathan and I went to a train museum and had an absolute blast! Here are some awesome pictures of him checking it all out.
The really cool part was being able to ride a real train. He sat on his own bench like such a big boy. He was psyched when the train blew it's whistle and wanted, "More whistle." He thought that the conductor was pretty cool and wanted his picture taken with him.

One of the funniest things about our trip to the museum was the gift shop. They had a Thomas the Train table set up and instead of playing with the trains he finds a tool box with a hammer on the table and starts hammering the table like crazy! They had Bob the Builder stuff 50% off but I just couldn't bring myself to buy something Bob the Builder at a train museum!

On Thursday morning Nathan and I ventured out to exlore Green Bay some more ( a very nice town by the way) and went to Barnes and Noble b/c the library wasn't open till 10. He played with the Thomas the Train table there (no tool box to be found) and we were there in time for story time! They bring out fruit smoothie drinks from Starbucks for everyone to enjoy in fun little cups and have a craft time. Nothing like a fun drink to get the kids to sit still for a while! Then back to the train table where he was irritated that he could not find a hammer. So what does he do? He takes apart a piece of the track and uses it as a hammer! You have got to be kidding me.
