On this day, back in 1976, a groovy thing happened. Chadwick Paul Vande Lune was born! The oldest of the Vande Lune pack. Great things were of course expected and hoped for: leader, wisdom, well versed in farming, passionate heart for the Lord and others, gentleness toward others, and on and on. Hmmm, Heather may have something to say about the gentleness toward others when they were kids on the farm...but I think the other hopes for Chad do describe him well. Well...he's been off the farm for quite a while now, but I think he can hold his own! Maybe it should really be a working knowledge of home improvement!
Happy Birthday to you, honey! We love you and can't wait to celebrate you today and all weekend long. We know we'll have to turn in early of course...since you're getting so old and all! Sorry - couldn't help it. :)
